PARTY PACKAGES

Thank you for deciding to book your party at Sweet Pea Cafe and Playhouse.  We are booking 8-12 weeks in advance so please plan to book early! A manager will contact you within 48 hours to discuss the date and time and reserve your time slot. We will discuss the details of your party, and any questions you may have.

A 50% deposit will be required to reserve your time slot.  Cancellation policies are as follows:

Bookings cancelled more than 2 weeks from party date, we allow rescheduling or a refund of 80% of the deposit.

Bookings cancelled within 2 weeks from party date, we allow rescheduling or credits valid for 1 year.

Bookings cancelled within 48 hours, deposit will be forfeited.

You may make catering adjustments up to 48 hours prior to your event. Payment of the remaining 50% of your package fee and any catering orders will be paid at the time of your event.

• Party timeslots: 9am-12:30pm, 9:30am-1pm, 11:30am-3pm, 12pm-3:30pm, 2pm-5:30pm, 2:30pm-6pm
• Up to 40 people total
• Private use of the playhouses and eating area for 3.5 hours
• Catering and Cake menu available for ordering
  
• 1 staff member devoted to your party for food and cake, and party clean-up
  
• Dishes or biodegradable disposables provided
  
• Your own party decorations are allowed (with the exception of glitter or confetti)
• No outside food allowed inside the facility
• You may bring your own cake/cupcakes

• Private use of the playhouses and eating area for 1.5 hours total plus 30 minutes in the eating area only
• Catering and Cake menu available for ordering
• 1 staff member devoted to your party for food and cake, and party clean-up
• Dishes, cutlery, napkins etc are provided
  
• Your own party decorations are allowed (with the exception of glitter or confetti)
  
• No outside food allowed inside the facility
• You may bring your own cake/cupcakes
