Thank you for deciding to book your party at Sweet Pea Cafe and Playhouse. We require a minimum of 15-days’ notice via email. A manager will contact you within 24 hours to confirm the date and time and reserve your time slot. We will discuss our catering menu; the details of your party, and any questions you may have.

A 50% deposit will be required before reserving your time slot. While we are all navigating ourselves day to day with rules changing and unknowns during these strange times, we completely understand if a party needs to be postponed, and we ask that you give us as much notice as possible. If some unforeseen event happens, you will receive a full refund for up to 72 hrs. After that time your deposit becomes a store credit to be used as you wish.

We reserve the right to cancellations if things change with AHS rules and regulations. You will receive a full refund on your deposit if we are required to cancel. You may make catering adjustments up to 48 hours prior to your event. Payment of the other 50% of your booking fee and catering will be paid at the time of your event.

ULTIMATE PARTY  |  $450 – 3.5 hours

  • Party timeslots:  9am-12:30pm,  9:30am-1pm,  11:30am-3pm,  12pm-3:30pm,  2pm-5:30pm,  2:30pm-6pm
  • Up to 40 people total
  • Private use of the playhouses and eating area for 3.5 hours
  • Unlimited JJ Bean drip coffee, premium assorted organic teas, and fresh citrus-flavoured water
  • Catering and Cake menu available for ordering
  • 1-2 staff devoted to your party for food and cake, party clean-up, and be present at all times
  • Dishes or biodegradable disposables provided
  • Your own party decorations are allowed (with the exception of glitter)
  • A personal cake or cupcakes may be brought into the space or purchased from Sweet Pea 
  • Your party time does not include food and no outside food is permitted.

MARVELOUS PARTY  |  $400 – 3.5 hours

  • Party timeslots:  9am-12:30pm,  9:30am-1pm,  11:30am-3pm,  12pm-3:30pm,  2pm-5:30pm,  2:30pm-6pm
  • Up to 40 people total
  • Private use of the playhouses and eating area for 3.5 hours
  • Catering and Cake menu available for ordering
  • 1-2 staff devoted to your party for food and cake, party clean-up, and be present at all times
  • Dishes or biodegradable disposables provided
  • Your own party decorations are allowed (with the exception of glitter)
  • A personal cake or cupcakes may be brought into the space or purchased from Sweet Pea 
  • Your party time does not include food and no outside food is permitted.

SWEET PEA PARTY  |  $250 – 1.5 hours

*with an additional 30 mins in the back area for food and drink with the playhouse doors closed
  • Party timeslots:  9am-11am,  11:30am-1:30pm,  2pm-4pm,  4:30pm-6:30pm
  • Up to 25 people total
  • Private use of the playhouses and eating area for 2 hours total *
  • Catering and Cake menu available for ordering
  • 1-2 staff devoted to your party for food and cake, party clean-up, and be present at all times
  • Dishes or biodegradable disposables provided
  • Your own party decorations are allowed (with the exception of glitter)
  • A personal cake or cupcakes may be brought into the space or purchased from Sweet Pea
  • Your party time does not include food and no outside food is permitted.

LITTLE PEA PRIVATE PLAYTIME  |  $200 – 1.5 hours

*with an additional 30 mins in the back area for food and drink with the playhouse doors closed
  • Little Pea timeslots:  9am-11am,  11:30am-1:30pm,  2pm-4pm,  4:30pm-6:30pm
  • Up to 25 people total
  • Private use of the playhouses and eating area for 2 hours total *
  • 1 staff member devoted to your party; take food and drink orders, and be present at all times
