Thank you for deciding to book your party at Sweet Pea Cafe and Playhouse. We require a minimum of 15-days’ notice via email. A manager will contact you within 24 hours to confirm the date and time and reserve your time slot. We will discuss our catering menu; the details of your party, and any questions you may have.
A 50% deposit will be required before reserving your time slot. While we are all navigating ourselves day to day with rules changing and unknowns during these strange times, we completely understand if a party needs to be postponed, and we ask that you give us as much notice as possible. If some unforeseen event happens, you will receive a full refund for up to 72 hrs. After that time your deposit becomes a store credit to be used as you wish.
We reserve the right to cancellations if things change with AHS rules and regulations. You will receive a full refund on your deposit if we are required to cancel. You may make catering adjustments up to 48 hours prior to your event. Payment of the other 50% of your booking fee and catering will be paid at the time of your event.
